The role

You’ll be a key player in keeping users informed, supported, and engaged. You’ll help new users navigate self-custody and seasoned degens troubleshoot the edge cases. You’ll do all this with empathy, precision, and clarity. Your role will also have a wider impact – you’ll feed insights back to our product team, contribute to our knowledge base, and collaborate cross-functionally with other teams across the company.

Responsibilities

  • Using knowledge of Solana and crypto wallets to troubleshoot user questions in a timely, friendly, and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with engineering and QA to escalate and follow up on bugs in order to improve product quality.
  • Gathering feedback from users in order to give actionable insights back to the product team.
  • Updating the knowledge base in order to educate users and reduce incoming queries.
  • Staying updated on the latest trends and changes in the Solana ecosystem in order to keep our support relevant and helpful.

Required experience & skills

  • Experience as a Community Manager, Moderator, or Support agent in Solana-related Discord or Telegram groups.
  • Practical, real-world knowledge of Web3 ecosystems, specifically Solana, and self-custody finance.
  • Strong understanding of blockchain, DeFi, dApps, NFTs, and how non-custodial wallets work, especially in the Solana ecosystem.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with patience and empathy.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in customer service.
  • Experience using customer support tools like Intercom.
